Dr. David Samadi shares advice on losing weight or maintaining weight through metabolism boosters. Using an ABC list he shares: A – activity 3x/week, B – always eat a healthy breakfast, C – drink coffee, D – proper diet, lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats, E – early to sleep, 7-8 hours optimal, F – 3 servings of fiber per day, G – drink green tea, H – 7 glasses of H2O per day, I – up your intake of organic and protein-rich foods.
